MEMORIAL DAY MARKET

Back for another year! 2024 Memorial Day Market on the Square in Sunbury, OH.

BACKGROUND

For more than 30 years, the Music Boosters have hosted the Memorial Day Market in Sunbury's town square held annually on Monday, Memorial Day. All proceeds from this event will be spent directly on the Music programs available for Big Walnut's students in 7-12 grade.

VENDORS

Interested in registering for space to sell goods or services during the Sunbury Memorial Day Market? Please download the enclosed vendor contract to review the terms and conditions. Anyone who wishes to preregister will need to return an executed contract and payment made payable to Big Walnut Music and Marching Boosters, PO Box 551, Sunbury, OH 43074 no later than May 20, 2022. For vendors who wish to pay the day of the event (the day of payment cost is higher regardless of your registration), please email bwmmb1@gmail.com to confirm spots are still available

VISITORS

The Music Boosters have historically hosted the Memorial Day Market as a fundraiser to support Big Walnuts Music and Band programs. We ask all visitors for a $1 donation for entrance which includes access to 80-100 vendors, 5-8 food vendors and a kid's zone featuring bounce houses, face painting, area to design thank you cards for veterans and music from our High School Band members.

SET-UP

The Boosters utilize Sunbury's Town Square for its annual Memorial Day Market and therefore are subject to the rules and registrations of the Village of Sunbury. All vendors will be required to adhere to the set-up and removal of their products/services in accordance with the current contract.
