Below is a brief description of the roles of each Booster officer. Anyone who holds a position in the Boosters is expected to attend a minimum of six monthly meetings.  Terms start June 1 and run through May 31st each year.  Elections are held during May board meeting.

President - prepares monthly agendas, facilitates monthly meetings, sends monthly meeting reminders, assists with the recruitment of new board members, coordinates volunteers and communicates with HS athletic department and parents/guardians

1st Vice President - member is typically a high school parent/guardian who will assist the President in their duties and will assume the rolls of the President in their absence, will assist with the coordinating of fundraising events 

2nd Vice President - member is typically a middle school parent/guardian who will communicate fundraising/volunteering needs with middle school staff and parents/guardians 

Secretary - prepares monthly meeting minutes, provides copy of previous minutes to Booster members for review and approval, maintains all minutes and reports, sends thank you letters to Booster supporters

1st Treasurer - maintains checkbook, writes checks, makes deposits and provides supporting documentation to 2nd Treasurer, be available during Memorial Day Flea Market and Middle School competition to count funds

2nd Treasurer - collects receipts and check register from 1st Treasurer, performs monthly audit to match receipts to monthly statements, provides Treasurer's report during monthly meeting with supporting documentation, coordinates tax filing, be available during Memorial Day Flea Market and Middle School competition to count funds

Trustees (3 Positions) - participate in any item requiring a vote from board members and assist with fundraising


The Boosters generally meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7 pm in the HS Band room.  For a copy of previous minutes and agendas, please send an inquiry to the Boosters general email.
